This course prepares you for a career as a food and beverage server, receptionist, room attendant, and barista in the Hospitality Industry.
You can apply for the Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management courses on successful completion of this course.
You will be provided with a uniform for the food service elements of the course. For these practical classes, your uniform must be worn with appropriate footwear. Long hair must be tied back, no jewellery on hands or arms, and nails must be short and unvarnished.
